Business Intelligence
Business Intelligence is the first of the job areas of IT consulting offered at Scalefree.
There are a lot of tasks in the field of business intelligence, whether in integration, modeling, automation, data quality, business analysis or data science. Scalefree seeks and trains specialists in all of those areas.
The following graph shows a typical data platform architecture with its layers and processes and gives insights of typical tasks of our consultants.
Consulting – Integration Source System analysis (Business Keys, dependencies, structure, etc.).
Consulting – Integration Connection of source systems, coding with Python, extraction and handling of metadata.
Consulting – Integration Connection of streaming sources to a Data Lake or directly into data warehouse (e.g. Apache Kafka).
Consulting – Modelling/ Business Analyst Data modelling and integration (Data Vault), data warehouse automation e.g. Wherescape.
Consulting – Modelling/ Business Analyst Applying business rules and KPIs, business analysis, SQL queries.
Consulting – Deployment Deployment strategies from local development to production, e.g. Git, Jenkins.
Consulting – Data Quality/Data Science Data science, building reports and dashboards, e.g. Tableau, Klipfolio.
Senior Consultant
At least 5 years of professional experience in the areas of data warehousing and business intelligence.
Consultant
2-5 years of professional experience in the areas of data warehousing and business intelligence.
Graduate
1st job after your bachelor or master degree or 1-2 years of professional experience in the areas of data warehousing and business intelligence.
3-Months Internship
Graduates also have the opportunity to close previous knowledge and skill gaps through a 3-month full-time internship with the possibility to start as a business intelligence consultant afterwards.
Student Employee
Students that have finished the first three semesters of their bachelor degree or master students in the field of informatics, business informatics or similar.
Mandatory Internships
Students who have a mandatory internship planned in their curriculum (can also be combined with a thesis).
Academy
Students in the Traineeship Business Intelligence program gain within 6 months a variety of knowledge, skills, and certifications that will prepare them for a potential consulting career.
CRM Solutions
Scalefree offers positions in CRM Solutions as one of the job areas of IT consulting. As a Scalefree Consultant for CRM solutions, you will mostly find yourself in a hybrid role.
On the one hand, you will consult the customer on how a CRM system can be used for the customers specific use case, and on the other hand, you can implement this solution from the technical perspective.
Another important part is integrating the system with other available (cloud) systems of the client. At Scalefree we focus on the CRM system Salesforce.

Development of custom Apex and LWC solutions (Java / Javascript).
Analysis and prediction processes powered by Salesforce Einstein.
Senior Consultant
At least 5 years of professional experience in the area Salesforce and other CRM systems with certain certifications.sty
Graduate / Consultant
2-5 years of professional experience in the area of Salesforce and CRM systems.
