Training Materials
When will I receive my training materials?
Depending on your location, the materials will be sent out one week prior to the training.
Please note, that the printed materials are not part of the paid training services. They are a gift from Scalefree and are not available for all students. It depends on your location and the shipping costs. It might happen that you have to pay for the shipping if you want us to ship them outside the EU.
What is included in the training materials?
You can receive a printed handout for the Introduction training and some helpful things like a pen, a notebook and sticky notes.
Are digital materials available?
Yes, you can find a digital copy of the handout in the DataVaultAlliance (DVA) platform in the Downloads section. Please note, that the materials are watermarked with your personal email address.
Where do the training materials are going to be sent to?
When you fill out all the information about the ticket holder for an online training. Please make sure to put an address where you want the materials to deliver to. It can be your personal home address, your office address or any other address where you will do the training. Please note that it is your responsibility to look after the package after we sent it. You will receive update emails from UPS.
What should I do, when I can not find my package?
You will receive update emails from UPS, about your package whereabouts. Please make sure to check where the package was delivered to and independently look after it. Unfortunately, we cannot send you a new package, if it had been securely delivered to the address mentioned at the ticket holder information.
