Wann erhalte ich meine Schulungsunterlagen?
Online-Schulung: Je nach Ihrem Wohnort werden die Materialien eine Woche vor der Schulung verschickt. Wenn Sie außerhalb Europas leben, werden wir das Paket früher verschicken. So wird es rechtzeitig ankommen.
On-site training: Materials will be distributed during the training.
Was ist in den Schulungsunterlagen enthalten?
You will receive a handout for the Boot Camp training and some helpful things like a pen, a notebook and sticky notes.
Are digital materials available?
Ja, Sie finden eine digitale Kopie des Handouts auf der DataVaultAlliance (DVA) Plattform im Bereich Downloads. Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Materialien mit einem Wasserzeichen versehen sind, das Ihre persönliche E-Mail-Adresse enthält.

While filling out all the information about the ticket holder for an online training, please make sure to put an address where you want the materials to be delivered to. It can be your home address, your office address or any other address where you will do the training. Please note that it is your responsibility to look after the package after we send it. You will receive update emails from UPS directly.

You will receive update emails from UPS directly, about your package’s whereabouts. Please make sure to check where the package was delivered to and independently look after it. Unfortunately, we cannot send you a new package, if it has been securely delivered to the address mentioned in the ticket holder information.

When will I receive the link for the online training?
One week before the training, you will receive an email with the Zoom invitation link.
Where do I find the workshop sheets?
Online-Schulung: The workshop sheets are attached to the “last information” email you should have received a week before the training.
On-site training: The workshop sheets can be found in your material package, which will be handed over during the training.
