The corporate group aimed to link the entire operation of the organization across countries. Though with previous efforts it had not been possible to map the entire value chain in the existing technical data warehouse.
The current technical data warehouse of the corporate group solution encountered the following problems:
- The production processes of steel can not be recorded digitally effectively
- Up-to-date access to subject-specific data is very complex and time-consuming
