Training Materials
When will I receive my training materials?
Online training: Depending on your location, the materials will be sent out one week prior to the training.
On-site training: Materials will be distributed during the training.
Please note, that the printed materials are not part of the paid training services. They are a gift from Scalefree and are not available for all students. It depends on your location and the shipping costs. It might happen that you have to pay for the shipping if you want us to ship them outside the EU.
What is included in the training materials?
You will receive a printed handout for the Boot Camp training and some helpful things like a pen, a notebook and sticky notes.
Are digital materials available?
Yes, you can find a digital copy of the handout in the DataVaultAlliance (DVA) platform in the Downloads section. Please note, that the materials are watermarked with your personal email address.
Where do the training materials are going to be sent to?
While filling out all the information about the ticket holder for online training, please make sure to put an address to which you want the materials to be delivered. It can be your home address, your office address or any other address where you will do the training.
Please note that it is your responsibility to look after the package after we send it. You will receive update emails from UPS directly.
What should I do, when I can not find my package?
You will receive update emails from UPS directly, about your package’s whereabouts. Please make sure to check where the package was delivered to and independently look after it. Unfortunately, we cannot send you a new package, if it has been securely delivered to the address mentioned in the ticket holder information.

When will I receive the link for the online training?
The week before the training, you will receive an email with the Zoom invitation link.
Where do I find the workshop sheets?
Online training: The workshop sheets are attached to the “last information” email you should have received a week before the training. You can also find the workshop sheets in the DVA Download section.
On-site training: The workshop sheets can be found in your material package, which will be handed over during the training. You can also find the workshop sheets in the DVA Download section.
